In the meantime we are pleased to be offering indoor climbing activities, courses and group adventures at Aztec Adventure Evesham at Evesham Leisure Centre. For more information click here. 

Getting Here

Aztec Adventure Martley is located at Sport Martley Leisure Centre which is next to the Chantry School on the B4204 in Martley.

The nearest train station is Worcester Foregate Street which is located approximately nine miles away.  

There are several bus stops that are within walking distance of the leisure centre. 

Car Parking

Parking at Sport Martley Leisure Centre is available all day Monday - Sunday. There is free car parking. 

The car park has disabled parking spaces. 

On Arrival

Spectators are welcome to come along for the duration of your visit to us, there is no extra charge for spectators. We do ask that you keep the numbers to a minimum to ensure everyones safety at all times.

Individual Climbers: On arrival please report to the climbing wall area (which is located to the right hand side once you come through the entrance) and sign in with a member of our team.

Adventure Groups: Please report to the climbing wall area (which is located to the right hand side once you come through the entrance) and a member of our team will come and meet you ready for your activities with us.

Facilities

There are changing rooms, showers and toilet facilities. Sport Martley Leisure Centre has accessible changing and toilet facilities. Lockers are also available. 

If you are unfortunate to leave behind some of your belongings we will collect these up at the end of each day and store them in our lost property store, these are kept for a couple of weeks for reclaiming before we donate them to a local charity. 

Restrictions and Waivers

You must be courteous and respectful at all times to our team and other users of Aztec Adventure Martley, any unreasonable behaviour will not be tolerated.

We ask that you do not bring along any valuables as we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your personal items. Our team are not permitted to look after your belongings whilst you take part in our activities.

Photography is allowed, however please restrict this to your own group and do not take photographs of anyone else on site without express permission.

All of our activities will require a waiver form to be completed before taking part, this will be emailed to you when you have made a booking, if this has not been completed before your visit to us then on your arrival our team will ask you to complete a paper version of the form. It is advisable to complete the waiver form online as filling out a paper waiver form on arrival will delay your check in.

Age Ranges

Our activities are suitable for different age ranges, it is important that you refer to the information on our online booking system to ensure you are booking the appropriate age range activity.

What to Bring

A harness and climbing shoes are included for your booking (please bring your own thin socks, trainer socks are ideal).

What to bring:

• T-shirt
• Long shorts or trousers
• Trainers
• Thin trainer socks to wear inside climbing shoes (we can provide climbing shoes)
• Please note that no hoodies are allowed whilst climbing

What's Here

A purpose built 15 rope indoor climbing wall. With over 100 different routes, the climbing wall is a great place for beginners to learn as well as being a stern test for experienced climbers. 

We can cater for parties and large groups. Climbing parties are the perfect way to celebrate! 

Recreation Climbing

Competent climbers can challenge themselves making use of the different routes that our climbing wall has to offer. Suitable for ages 14+ years - adult.

Climbing Courses

Come and have a go on our Just Climb taster sessions for an hour, suitable for ages 5 years - adult. We run climbing courses for children age 8-15 years and also for adults age 16+ years.

Group Adventures

We have instructor led climbing sessions available for groups of all abilities, climbing activities are available all year round. Please contact us for more information and availability. 

Sport Martley Leisure Centre does not have a cafe however they do have vending machines that serve hot and cold drinks.
