Part-time seasonal Crew Members at Upton Warren
We're looking for friendly, energetic people who love working outside and creating unforgettable adventures.
What we're looking for:
- A passion for working outdoors and creating unforgettable experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - empathetic, encouraging, and customer-focused.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a bonus, but not essential.
- A collaborative, team-spirited attitude.
What we offer:

Qualified RYA Dinghy Sailing Instructors
Join us in teaching the joy of sailing to school and youth groups, delivering RYA courses from Stages 1–4, and Levels 1 & 2 for adults. You’ll also contribute to our inspiring Sailability experiences, making sailing accessible to all.
What you need:
- RYA Dinghy Instructor Qualification.
- A passion for sharing your enthusiasm for sailing.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A collaborative team spirit.
Awards and experience in additional activities would be an advantage but are not essential.
