The School Summer Holidays start here

Six weeks of summer starts now - and July is when Aztec Adventure really gets going. Adventure Golf at The Lost Valley goes to battle with a brand new Civil War-themed experience, while RYA dinghy sailing courses for adults and children run right through the month. And once the kids break up from school, our ever-popular Children's Adventure Days move into full swing at both Lower Moor and Upton Warren.

Saturday 11 & Sunday 12 July

Never sailed before? Our Adults' RYA Dinghy Level 1: Start Sailing course at Upton Warren spans two days and gets you on the water and in control. A great way to spend the weekend.

Saturday 18 July

Still time to get on the water this summer - Adults' SUP Boarding Experience is back for another session.

It's also launch day for Victory at The Lost Valley: Adventure Golf Goes to Battle - a Battle of Worcester-themed experience across all 18 holes, marking the 375th anniversary of the English Civil War as part of Visit Worcestershire's Civil War 375 programme. On launch day, Alex Bear from The Almonry Museum joins us with reproduction weaponry to handle, alongside three reenactors demonstrating 17th century military drill with pike, muskets and swords - plus the chance to dress up in period kit. Hunt the hidden Regiment Banners around the course for a chance to win a prize, all included in your standard adventure golf entry fee. Runs 18 July to 6 September 2026.

Tuesday 21 & Wednesday 22 July: Children's RYA Youth Sailing Stage 1

Young sailors can take their first steps on the water with Children's RYA Youth Sailing: Stage 1, running across both Upton Warren and Lower Moor as the school summer holidays begin.

Tuesday 21 – Thursday 30 July: Children's Adventure Days Kick Off

As soon as the kids break up, our Children's Adventure Days get going for the summer - full days of instructor-led land and water activities, with an age group for everyone.

Little Adventurers Day (5–7 years) - Lower Moor - 4 hours - running Tuesday 21, Thursday 23, Tuesday 28 & Thursday 30 July.
Junior Adventure & Aqua Park Day (8–11 years) - Upton Warren - 6.5 hours, including the Aqua Park - running Wednesday 22, Thursday 23, Friday 24, Tuesday 28, Wednesday 29 & Thursday 30 July.
Senior Adventure & Aqua Park Day (11–14 years) - Upton Warren - 6.5 hours, including the Aqua Park - same dates as above.

Adventure Days don't stop when July ends, either - all three run on into August too, so click through to each course link above for the full list of dates and to book.

Thursday 23 & Friday 24 July: Children's RYA Youth Sailing Stage 2

Ready for the next step? Children's RYA Youth Sailing: Stage 2 runs over two days at Upton Warren (09:30 - 16:00), building on Stage 1 skills across all points of sail. Ages 8-15.

From 18 July: Open Every Day

Adventure Golf and High Ropes at The Lost Valley are open every single day from 18 July through to 31 August. Walk-ins are welcome - check here for opening times and book your spot for Adventure Golf or High Ropes online.

The Aqua Park is open every day throughout the school summer holidays, and Boat Hire and Launch is open daily at both Lower Moor and Upton Warren too. Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ahead is recommended to secure your spot.

Splash Squad Junior Aqua Park is open every weekend right through to 30 August - big fun, perfectly sized for little adventurers.

Open Water Swimming runs every Wednesday evening right through to 9 September. Swap the pool for something a little wilder.
